At Fairwood Animal Hospital, we realize that even if you’re sick, your pet may still fall ill and require treatment.

We are here for you!

Maintaining the well-being and safety of our clients and our employees while caring for our patients is our number one priority. Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic, we are taking extra precautions to do just that. We have increased the frequency of our already stringent disinfection processes. Additionally, we are implementing a temporary new “no handshake” policy. We are also constantly monitoring updates from the CDC as well as our national and state veterinary associations, the AVMA and WSVMA. We are committed to continuing to offer the exceptional care you have come to expect at Fairwood Animal Hospital.

We do ask that if you are experiencing any symptoms of Covid-19 (fever, chills, shortness of breath, congestion, etc.) that you reschedule your appointment and seek appropriate medical attention for yourself.

As we move forward, we will be implementing some changes for pick up, drop-offs, medication, diet refills, and payment options.

If you would prefer to remain in your vehicle while your pet is being seen in our facility, please call us and we will provide that service to you.

  • We will come out to your vehicle and bring your pet inside to complete any necessary examinations and treatment in the hospital.
  • We will speak with you on the phone while you wait safely in your vehicle, returning your pet to your car when the appointment is finished.
  • If you are picking up any medications and/or food, please call when you arrive at the clinic and we will get you charged out over the phone and run the item out to your car.
