Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30a.m.– 5:30 p.m.   On Saturdays we are open from 8:00 a.m. until noon.

After normal business hours a message will give you the phone number of one of our doctors.  This doctor is usually available to answer urgent questions that arise during emergency situations.  If you are unable to reach one of our doctors you should contact the Pet Emergency Clinic at (509) 326-6670.

We are located on Hastings Road, across the street from Mead High School.

We have bed & breakfast accomodations for both dogs and cats.  See our Boarding Services page for more information or to request a boarding reservation click here.

Our groomer Margaret grooms both dogs and cats.  Her hours are Monday through Friday, starting at 8am. 

Payment is due when you pick up your pet.  We accept cash, checks, VISA, MasterCard,  Discover and CareCredit.
